Our Griffins at Bramford have been busy working on class arts activities during our first week of GAF 2023. We were very pleased to welcome Gordon MacLellan, aka Creeping Toad, to lead an assembly and some class workshops.
Creeping Toad is a poet who celebrates the places where we live, work and play though poetry, and he definitely inspired our Griffins to get writing!
Our Creative Chameleons were spellbound listening to Gordon’s stories about his treasures which included a golden apple, chests and drums. Years 2, 3 and 4 were especially inspired to write poetry and stories and sketch following his work with them.
They were very Proud Peacocks, sharing their work and we were very proud of them too!
