On Tuesday 13th June, some of our Griffins travelled to Oxford University to compete in the GST National finals.
Our Year 6 Boys’ Team progressed to the finals by winning a basketball competition held here at Bramford. They were joined by our KS1 Multi-Skills Team, who won a competition hosted by one of our other Griffin schools, Perry Wood Primary in Worcester.
The day was action packed, with lots of high-quality skills on show. Our basketball team impressed throughout, showing why they made it all the way to the finals. Our KS1 multi-skills team were equally as impressive, showing the grit and determination that got them there in the first place. A special mention goes out to Tasnim, who managed to jump nearly 2 meters from standing. A score that even the adults couldn’t beat!
Everyone at Bramford are proud of you, and we cannot wait to return to the finals again next year!
